Saving my Sanity!!

Write I must. I can feel my blood pressure rising daily. America has such amazing providential beginnings, such a rich honorable history. We have righted many wrongs, even our own. Yet, current events have me wondering if selfishness, shortsightedness, consumerism, and shallow understandings of our heritage and history have allowed people to become weak, shallow, tired and ill-prepared for what should be the fight of our lives - to save this country. I believe if we do not take a stand now, we will look back at the past 100 years and say "those were the good ole days". We will not recognize our country. Our children will not know what a day is like without major government intrusion.
